  1. So far so good 5-13-2019 updateI just finished installing some of the TMC2310 SPI stepper drivers with this board and Klipper. Now I need new fans! It is so quiet. Setup was simple as the drivers came setup to run in SPI mode. All the configuration was done in Klipper with very little problems. All problems encountered were because I did not read the instructions!!! Set the current on my steppers to .6 for X Y and Z and the extruder was set to .5 amps. Have not set up the stall guard yet to use them…

  2. This is definitely an advanced project I should have done this upgrade sooner. It is well worth the time and trouble. But I would put this more on the advanced end of the upgrade spectrum. The board is fantastic and the TMC2130 servo drivers are EXTREMELY quiet. I did this upgrade as I have an Ender 3 and the stock control board has locked, loud drivers, no memory left over for firmware changes (to add upgrades), and it doesn’t have a boat loader included for doing firmware flashes (so you have to spend money for another board…
