  1. These fans are good at what they supposed to do. However, it all depends where you would like to use for.If you want to use this for small PCs, HTPC, or media PC located around your TV or nearby you, then using them through 12V will be very noisy. In that case it will be better to use them using 5V, or using 7V with voltage regulator.If this is going to be used for the PC that is somewhere inside your closet or gears room, then using 12V with fan noise should not be a…
