  1. Best gold filament I’ve found I have, I think, 8 different gold filaments. I have Fillamentum’s somewhat nice, light, sparkly gold; Formfutura’s Champagne gold — both of these are nice glitter golds, but not super gold; I have Argos’ gold which is more of a deep bronze; Polyalchemy Elixir’s gold (which is really more yellow).   2. Excellent filament for decorative pieces. This stuff creates gorgeous prints. It is a little more brittle than normal PLA but that’s actually pretty common, in my experience, with “specialty” filaments. I only had one snap and it was as I was loading the roll for my first print — only lost about 50mm; otherwise, it ran several different models with no bubbles, blobs, clogs, or tangles. No smell that I could detect either, but I’m not the guy to ask about that really as I have trouble smelling subtle odors. The only flaws in the prints…
