LCD Screen – The LCD screen is integrated into a plate that you can slide into the front of the Tarantula pro. On the old Tarantula, this was not like this at all. The screen was on a plastic bracket with a wire going to the control board.
Metal Plates – On all of the brackets there are green aluminium plates on the Tarantula pro, this will make it more sturdy. The old Tarantula it had black acrylic plastic, that can break easily if you don’t watch what you are doing.
Bed Size – Tarantula Pro 235 by 235 X and Y with a Z of 250, the standard Tarantula had 200 y by 200 x by 200 z.
Volcano Hotend- The Tarantula pro comes with a faster printing hotend, it also comes with the TEVO Little Monster and the Tevo Flash. The standard Tarantula comes with Chimera slower printing speeds
Titan Extruder – Tarantula Pro Lightweight made with ejection moulded parts for better performance, The old tarantula is an MK8 extruder not lightweight less performance.

Tevo Tartantula Pro Awesome Little printer,Beautiful to look at and very well packaged.I’m normally a Creality boy,owning 2 CR10 and 5 Ender 3’s.but for the price of 199.00 its a much better deal in my opinion than the Ender 3.Larger build volume.Titan extruderVolcano hotend,PTFE goes all the way to the nozzle.Cap type PTFE I installed in pic.It comes with white standard PTFE.1 of the stepper motors is larger for more torque on y axis.Bootloader is installed for future firmware…

Just dont yet…..here’s why Update: Tevo offered to replace the wiring and the extruder, the new wiring is 14GA, see below for details.I never put this together, I stopped after pulling out the tool bag, extruder and the power supply.1- The entire power supplies connections (24VDC and 110VAC) use 18GA wiring. Yes its technically within spec to run 8.5A at 24VDC up to 20ft on 18GA wire. Personally I would NEVER put 110V anything on 18GA. Ask yourself is the minimum where you want to be for…
